The nineteen mills have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Take a look at the Nederwaard Museum Mill. The mill was built in 1738 but is still in good condition. Discover how the Nederwaard Museum Millworks! In the Blokweer Museum Mill, you can discover what mills looked like in the 1950s. The mill was built in the year 1630. In Museum Mill Overwaard you can discover everything about the technology of the mills in Kinderdijk. De mill dates from 1740 and was the only one who could grind the water in both directions.
