- Can I rebook or cancel my holiday?
You can rebook your stay up to 61 days before your arrival date. In addition, you can also cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days after making the reservation, unless the reservation is made within 28 days before the start of the stay. If a payment has already been made within this period, we can rebook the booking free of charge to another date. In the event of a change to a more expensive date or accommodation, the additional price will be charged, if the date or accommodation is cheaper than the previous booking, no refund will be made.

- COVID19: What happens if my holiday cannot go ahead due to negative travel advice?
If Holiday park Molenwaard is closed during your stay, or if you are not allowed to travel to us due to negative travel advice, you can immediately rebook the trip free of charge to a new date. Unfortunately, in the event of a change of the booking due to the circumstances surrounding the Corona virus, we cannot provide a refund of the paid travel sum.
